At PERRINE'S WINE SHOP, we strive to ensure every bottle meets your expectations; however, due to the nature of wine and spirits, returns are generally limited to corked or flawed products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that all returned items must be accompanied by the original receipt and are subject to inspection by our sommelier team.
Notify Our Team
Contact us via email or visit our boutique location to report a quality issue or a damaged shipment within 48 hours of discovery.
Prepare the Product
Ensure the bottle is at least three-quarters full and resealed with the original cork or cap to allow our team to verify the defect.
Verification Process
Present your original sales receipt and the bottle for a physical inspection by our staff to confirm the wine is corked or otherwise flawed.
Receive Resolution
Once approved, you may choose between an identical replacement bottle, store credit, or a full refund to your original payment method.
